Apple Paper Craft: Here's how, step by step 🍎

Step 1

Draw four apple shapes on red paper and carefully cut them out.
Tip:
Use our handy Apple Craft template to ensure that all parts of your apple are the same size. You will find it at the end of these instructions.

Step 2

Fold all apple shapes in the middle. The fold line will later point inwards.

Step 3

Glue the unfolded apple shapes together so that they match up: use your Pritt Glue Stick to apply a thin strip of glue to the fold, and carefully press the individual parts together. This will gradually create your 3D Apple Craft.

Did you know?

With our easy step-by-step instructions, you can craft not only apples for your autumn decorations, but also 3D pears, which are also included in the template. If you make the pear freehand, adjust the basic shape of the apple: make the upper part narrow and tapered and the lower part round and bulbous to create the typical pear shape. Then continue step by step as with the apple.

Step 4

Cut out the stem and leaf for your homemade apple from brown and green paper.

Step 5

Attach the stem and leaf to the top centre of the apple: use your Pritt Glue Stick to attach both onto the flat back.

Step 6

Now it's time to make the worm for your apple paper craft: Cut two strips of beige paper, each 1.5 cm wide and 26 cm long.

Step 7

Glue the paper strips together at one end at a right angle. It is best to use your Pritt Glue Stick for this.

Step 8

Fold the glued paper strips by laying one strip over the other alternately. Finally, glue the ends together. This creates a staircase-like, elastic paper chain that looks a bit like a small accordion – perfect for making a worm for your apple!

Step 9

Cut a small circle with a diameter of about 1.5 cm out of beige paper.

Step 10

Use pencils to draw a worm face on the circle: funny eyes and a broad grin make the worm look especially cute.

Step 11

Stick the face onto the folded strips and attach the finished worm to the centre of the apple with glue. Your apple arts and crafts project is done!
