Duration:

1 hour

Step by Step:

Step 1

The first step is to make the circles where you will place your hands and feet. To do this, make 6 blue circles, 6 red circles, 6 green circles and 6 multicolor circles. Draw circles about 10 cm in diameter on the appropriate coloured card. In total draw 24 circles.

Step 2

Once drawn, cut and paste onto the wrapping paper, making 4 columns, one for each colour, for 6 rows.

Step 3

To make the spinner, cut 4 small circles of each color and stick onto a rectangular piece of card using Adhesive Power Pritt.

Step 4

Lastly, write the game instructions onto the spinner: place your right hand, place your left hand, place your right foot and place your left foot drop.

Extension Activity

To work at a harder pace, you can draw a different musical note on each circle and ask students to compose a musical scale jumping from circle to circle.
