- Pritt glue stick
If you want to go on your own important mission in the jungle, use our jungle airport craft set for kids! You always need to keep an eye on everything that's going on at the jungle airport: Who has asked for permission to land? Who wants to take off next? From the tower you can watch everything and make sure there are no accidents. Good work, air traffic controller!
First, cut out all the parts of the airport craft set for kids along the solid lines.
Because your jungle airport is in the Indian jungle, we first have to make the jungle background. To do so, stick the two background templates together on the marked area with a generous amount of glue.
Now fold the background along the dotted line so that the colourful sides are facing outwards at first. Cut along the solid line in the picture.
Then fold the card the other way – so that the white sides are facing out – and then fold the two parts with the cuts to the front. Ask your parents for help if it is too tricky.
Then apply a generous amount of Pritt glue to the back of the card, except the cut-out areas, and stick them onto a piece of card or the cornflakes box.
When it is dry, fold the pop-up card back into a right angle.
Now use the Pritt glue stick to stick the cut out bamboo huts on the protruding strips of paper. That gives you a great 3D effect!
For the airport tower, fold the template along the dotted lines. Apply a generous amount of Pritt glue stick on all marked areas and stick the tower together. Now you can place it on your pop-up card.
And that's it!
Your jungle airport craft set goes together perfectly with our research and rescue station. There are lots of cute baby animals waiting for medicine and food – maybe the supplies you need will soon be arriving at the jungle airport?
